I would like to give a shout out to our Realtor friend, without her and her partner, this deal could not have gone off as quickly as it did. Leslie Paige Hawkins made buying a home in North Georgia so seamlessly easy for Laurie and I. Without her and her partner Tarran Craver, There was never a fuss. Leslie, even with the Covid 19 pandemic in progress, met us within hours of wanting to look at a home. Here is how easy it was - 2 weekends of looking for a home. This home came up on MLS at 10 am March 27 (Laurie and my 21st anniversary). Called Leslie. She setup an appointment at 4:30. Saw the house, put a bid on the house, the selling people accepted the offer by 9am on Saturday morning. Stipulation was that we closed within 30 days. On May 1st (Laurie's birthday), we closed on the house and started to move into our retirement home. We have been here permanently for a bit over a week and couldn't be happier. We used Tarran for buying and selling.  If I could give her more than 5 stars than I would!  On the selling side, Tarran walked through our house and gave us her opinions on what to change/fix prior to listing.  She also walked our backyard and gave us improvement suggestions prior to posting.   Additionally, she staged our backyard, deck and house.  All of her improvement suggestions and staging made a world of difference.  Additionally, She put together an entire marketing strategy and outlined each step of it to us.  Tarran was able to sell and negotiate our house for over list price in 48 hours.  On the buying side, Tarran put together an entire afternoon of house hunting.  She provided me with a packet of information-including the map of our day, information on each house and additional comments section so I could rate each house as we saw them.  She told me we had to exhaust the market before placing an offer on anything (and we did)!  She even had snacks and drinks...house hunting can be exhausting, but Tarran was PREPARED!  Once we put an offer in, Tarran was ON IT the entire time.  She was there with me every step of the way.  She provided estimates to us when the inspection came back with all the items to fix, worked directly with our lender and was available to us 24/7.  Buying and selling feels daunting...but with Tarran, it was a lot easier than I ever anticipated it being.  Additionally, Taran cared about us.  She genuinely wanted what was best for my family and me.  I would recommend Tarran Craver to anyone looking to buy, sell or both.  You won't be disappointed.

I recently picked Leslie to list my condominium out of scores of agents.  It was the wisest decision I made in my home selling experience.I was a first-time home seller, and the process can be daunting.  I was constantly asking questions about procedure, strategy, realities of the market,  logistics, and what subtleties could alter the outcome.  Leslie is knowledgeable and instructive, but more importantly, she is patient.  There was no question that was too small or request that was too large. I realized, also, that selling a home can bring out emotions and attitudes that are not always helpful to the process, but Leslie was always - always - there to "talk me down from the ledge." Leslie is also very responsive to her clients' desires and suggestions, at all hours of the day.  But more importantly, she is honest about them.  While every decision was ultimately mine, there were times when my choices were not the wisest, and she gently helped me to move toward what were the right decisions.  I appreciated this.I had a specific outcome that I wanted from the sale of my condominium, and Leslie kept me grounded throughout the process so that I never veered from that goal. Thirteen years ago my husband and I bought our first home. The experience was not what I would have expected of a real estate agent. Therefore, we were very apprehensive when we were preparing to list our home and hunt for a new home. We met with Leslie the first time in July 2014 to discuss our  plan and wishes. She was a great listener and very supportive. She knew our expectations and knew we were not ready to move fast, but she checked in with us each week and made sure we were pleased with the house website feed. When it was time to get serious she was very encouraging, made time for us when we were available, and did all the leg work. If we had a question she researched it and got back to us in less than 24 hours. When we were out looking at houses she took note of what we wanted and didn't pressure us during our apprehension. Leslie also sold our home for us and was a great buffer between the buyers agent and us. She made sure we sold our house for what we wanted and marketed it for the clients in the area.
